As part of Aunalytics’ commitment to security and reliability, the cloud infrastructure team will be updating our Zerto Disaster Recovery Platform during the week of November 18th through November 22nd . During these days the maintenance will take place on individual tenants between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and, at times, may cause an interruption to DR sync for up to 2 hours.

Description

The Cloud Networking team will be moving the physical connections from the Aunalytics Cloud Service Routers (CSRs) in South Bend from old to new core switching hardware. This move will also include vendor circuits that terminate to these CSRs. The expected impact should be brief (less than 5 minutes) for each move and the CSRs are redundant so in many cases the impact will be less as services will fail over as the CSR connections are moved.
