Description

As part of Aunalytics' commitment to security and reliability, the Cloud Infrastructure team will be performing maintenance to patch our VMware platform on October 6th, starting at 9:00 PM. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 4 hours. During this time, access to tenant portals will be temporarily unavailable.

One of the Upstream carriers in Kalamazoo will be performing maintenance. The maintenance notification in its entirety is below. The upstream carrier expects no service impact but if service is impacted routes should failover and fail back within 3-5 minutes. Additionally this impact will be limited to destinations where the best route is through the carrier performing maintenance. All other destinations should be unaffected. VMware Cloud Director Availability Maintenance -All SitesPlanned Maintenance

Description

As part of Aunalytics’ commitment to security and reliability, the cloud infrastructure team will be updating our VMware Cloud Director Disaster Recovery Platform on October 1st through October 3rd. During these days the maintenance will take place on individual tenants between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and, at times, may cause client VMware Availability portals to become inaccessible for up to 1 hour.
