Description

The Aunalytics Cloud Network team will be performing maintenance to upgrade and replace core switching and routing components in Columbus, Marysville, Bellefontaine and Ohio. During this maintenance the Cloud Networking team will work to replace the core switching infrastructure and modify the way some devices connect. During the maintenance there will be rolling impact to voice, cloud and ISP as connections are moved, components are upgraded and equipment is replaced. The maintenance will take place over 3 nights 05/04/2026, 05/05/2026, and 05/07/2026 to reduce the complexity involved and to ensure less customer impact. Aunalytics will work to ensure that interruptions are as brief and infrequent as possible. Summary of Impact: This maintenance will impact Cloud services, ISP Services, and Voice services in our Ohio region. The impact should not be the entire maintenance window and instead should be 5-10 minute intervals though the entirety of the maintenance window is reserved. We do not expect these maintenances to impact direct WAVE circuits as those circuits do not interact with Aunalytics Core Networking.
