Description

The Cloud Infrastructure Team will perform maintenance on the underlying systems of our Cloud Hosting solutions in South Bend on Monday, August 3rd, starting at 6:00 PM EST. The maintenance is expected to last approximately 4 hours. Because of the redundancy built into the Cloud Infrastructure, no disruption of services is expected during the maintenance window. Description

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Aunalytics AI infrastructure to upgrade GPUStack and address a known service-worker restart issue. During the maintenance window, AI model serving may be temporarily unavailable or experience intermittent interruptions as GPUStack services and model workers are upgraded and restarted. Impact: AI model inference/model-serving requests may fail or be temporarily unavailable during portions of the maintenance. Services will be validated following the upgrade to confirm all model workers are online and serving requests normally. We will provide an update once maintenance has been completed.

Description

As part of our ongoing security and infrastructure maintenance practices, we were recently notified of a vendor security update that requires expedited patching within portions of our environment. We will begin maintenance on Thursday, July 30 at 2:00 PM ET. During the initial maintenance period, some management and administrative functions may be temporarily unavailable. Running customer workloads are expected to remain online and unaffected. Following that work, our engineering team will continue applying the required security updates throughout the environment. This portion of the maintenance is expected to be non-disruptive to customer services. We will monitor the environment throughout the maintenance and provide updates as work progresses.
